Teaching Philisophy
It is never too late or too early to start learning a how to play any instrument!
My ultimate goal in teaching music is to help students find their inner artist and to build long lasting good habits that can be applied in other aspects of life. Playing an instrument well takes a lot of hard work, and it is my duty as a teacher to facilitate an environment that nurtures individual growth and guides students through the process of attaining their goals.
Success looks different for every student, and can be anything from mastering the standard repertoire to learning favorite songs for personal enjoyment. Private lessons are always tailored to suite a students musical desires and aspirations. Please feel free to contact me with any questions about studio policies and availability.

New to music or new to the harp? No problem! Beginner lessons are centered around creating a solid musical foundation and fostering a love of music.

For students who have several years of experience and are looking to continue building their musical foundation and confidence in performing.

Widely accessible the piano is the perfect gateway into the world of music. I also recommend that new musicians start with piano before transitioning to harp, as a way to build some foundational skills before investing in a unique instrument like the harp.
