Miami Based Professional Harpist
Harpist, Ariadna Demkov, is a classically trained harpist and has completed her Master’s degree in Harp Performance at the Frost School of Music under the tutelage of Laura Sherman. Previously, she had studied at the University of North Texas with Jaymee Haefner, earning a Bachelors in Performance and Music Theory in 2021, and has also studied with Dr. Michelle Gott.
An avid arranger, Ariadna has published pieces for harp on the Harp Column website and written ensemble pieces for the award-winning UNT HarpBeats and UA HarpFusion. She believes in elevating music through the harp, and is currently collaborating with her longtime friend and fellow harpist Marti Moreland to facilitate interest in music for harp duo.
When not exploring the world of music, Ariadna likes to play strategy games and admire the South Florida wildlife.
